Unfortunately, no. Our hotel does not accept pets.

Yes, our wellness areas β the Mountain Spa and panoramic Sky Spa β are open all year round to external guests.

πββοΈ Is the Spa included in the price?
Yes, the Spa is included in all our wellness packages and offers.
However, you can also book stays without Spa access, or add the wellness experiences separately.
π©± Is the Spa a nudist area?
No, in all our wellness areas β including Private Spa options β wearing a swimsuit is mandatory.
Our staff is authorized to enter the wellness areas for standard checks, always with full respect for your privacy.
π What are the check-in and check-out times?
Unless otherwise agreed or included in a special package:
- Check-in:Β from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (arrivals after this time are not possible)
- Check-out:Β by 10:30 AM
π³ Is a deposit required to make a reservation?
Yes, to confirm your booking we always require:
- aΒ deposit, or
- aΒ credit card as guarantee,
depending on the season and booking type.

π° If I pay a deposit but canβt come, will I be refunded?
Yes, a refund is available according to our cancellation policy.
We offer flexible conditions, which vary depending on the season and rate selected.

π How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as your dates are confirmed, especially:
- on weekends,
- during public holidays,
- and in high season.
Availability is limited and tends to sell out quickly.
π Do you have parking?
Yes, we offer a covered, indoor parking area within the property (not supervised), available for a fee.
A public parking area is also located in front of the hotel, which is currently free with a time disc during certain times of the year.
βΏ Do you have rooms for guests with disabilities?
Yes. The entrance, common areas, elevator, and some rooms are fully accessible to guests with disabilities.
Please inform us of any specific needs at the time of booking.
π₯ Do you accommodate food intolerances or allergies?
In some cases, yes. We kindly ask that you notify us in advance so we can fully understand your needs and find the best possible solution together.

We are not a family-focused hotel, but we are happy to welcome a limited number of children, depending on the period and availability.
